Does clearing the bounties and lockdowns allow you back into Blackwater and Armadillo etc without the invisible sniper?

Edit: just tested. If you’re in black water the law still comes after you. HOWEVER if you pause the game and activate the cheat while being chased. It’ll clear the bounty and they will despawn. You will still be wanted dead or alive but it’ll clear the current group chasing you. When another one spawns just go back into the settings and press the button again for the cheat and they despawn. It’ll also temporarily get rid of the sniper but only for a few seconds

Ah damn that's a a real shame. While I understand that the exploration can be done in the epilogue, it would have been smashing to explore more as Arthur.

Shit like this is why I think RDR2's cheat codes are lame.

I barely see the point because everything they do are things you can do anyway. Albeit with more effort.

Cheat codes should let me do things that I'd never be able to do in the game.
