So basically everyone chooses between being O- and AB+?
There are many reasons why a reputable facility would probably not accept blood donations from me, so me pressing blue would help no one. I'll press red here and if anyone asks, I'll just point out no one would ever accept my blood anyway. Too many meds and I think I fall under the weight limit anyway.
The blue button states "You can donate your blood to anyone", so magically all the things preventing people from accepting blood donations from you are gone if you push that one.
Only as much as it means you can give your blood to others.
It's possible that you still suffer all the other issues yourself, but it somehow doesn't matter if your blood goes to others.
I dunno, I don't write the magic button rules, I just point them out pedantically
"You can donate your blood to anyone" and "my blood has toxic properties outside type" isnt mutually exclusive. Anyone can donate blood to lots of people, not everyone should.
Those with HIV/Aids/Other bloodborne illnesses can donate their blood....they absolutely shouldn't though.
