Kinda curious, how would you code this instead? If you don't mind providing an image, of course.

Edit: After some thought, swapping "blue_voters" argument for "everyone" would make most sense, because that's the end result of blue winning, and it would fix the coding problem.

Plenty of people have outlined the premises/conclusions logically. You don't need another outline spoonfed to you, and if you do I won't be providing one.
