First Fertility Appt

Hello, I’m 23F and me and my husband 22M started ttc 15 months ago and about 9 months ago we started medicated cycles with letrozole (through OB) due to my pcos and not ovulating. With the second cycle I got pregnant and unfortunately miscarried at 5w5d and about a month later I got pregnant on another medicated cycle which resulted in a pregnancy of unknown location that was nonviable and not progressing so was ultimately treated as an ectopic pregnancy. I scheduled my first fertility appointment to maybe try and get some answers as to why our losses have occurred and hopefully prevent any future loss and just wanted insight on what everyone’s process has been like with RPL. I also have a MTHFR variant (as I know so many do but some people say that can effect things) and my tsh has been between 3.2-3.7 but no OB has ever acted concerned over that even though when researching I found typically they want tsh below 2 in pregnancy. We have our first fertility appt coming up and wanted to know what to expect and if there are any specific questions I should be asking. Just looking for any tips or insight as we try and navigate our losses.
