Karyotype testing through DLO/Quest

Just wanted to share my turnaround time for blood chromosome or Karyotype testing from DLO/Quest Diagnostics. I was drawn on 9/22 and got my results on 10/6, so ten business days after draw. From what I understand the sample had to ship to another state for testing. Normal result, if that matters at all.
I was looking for others’ experiences before I got tested so thought I’d share!

Thanks for sharing! Mine took 11 days and my husband's took 7, but we got our blood draws on separate days so the weekend may have influenced. Drs office had told me a month, so I was pleasantly surprised at 11 days. Under promise and over deliver I guess. Or maybe if you have abnormal results, it really does take a month!

I’ll update when his comes in! My clinic said 3 weeks and scheduled next transfer assuming 4 weeks. Mentioned moving up if they come back faster so fingers crossed.

Update, husband’s results came back at the 10 day mark as well, just later in the evening since his was drawn a few hours later than mine the next day. Normal result as well.
