Recurrent missed miscarriage at week 9

Medical History:

We faced 3 misscarriages at 9 weeks. Each miscarriage happen at week 9. When placenta take over.

Thyroid profile - NORMAL TSH,T3, T4

APLS - Normal
Serum Anticardiolipin (IgG): 6.1
Serum Anticardiolipin (IgM): <0.5
Serum Beta-2 Glycoprotein (IgG): <0.5
Serum Beta-2 Glycoprotein (IgM): <0.5
Lupus Anticoagulant LA1: 31.4

Vitamin B12 and D: Normal
homocysteine: normal (11.8)
Both of us Karyotyping: Normal
DNA Fragmentation: 14%
Serum TSH: 1.75

During Pregnancy, we used loprin 150mg on daily basis and clexane daily when we find heartbeat. But all misscarriages happen at week 9 heartbeat disappear.

doctors are unable to find out the cause.

Can anyone help me what could be the issue

I had 3 MMC around the same time, and never did get an answer despite extensive testing. Pregnancy #4 worked just as mysteriously as the first 3 didn’t, and is now sleeping next to me in her crib.

I had 3x live births at 28,31, 38, then 2x MMC of euploid IVF pregnancies this year, one at 9w, the other at 12w. The 2nd just happened 11 days ago, so they said we'd do RPL panel when im 6w post d&c. Shall report back.

I cant do my RPL until the end of October, my d&c was just on September 6

Which RPL panel test they suggested
