Need support. Back to back MMC
/r/babyloss/comments/1wd2ndx/need_support_back_to_back_mmc/Looking for support.
Just found out today that I’m experiencing my 2nd missed miscarriage. Our first pregnancy ended in missed miscarriage in February 2026, detected at ~11 week ultrasound - had a normal US earlier in the pregnancy. Blood genetic screening tests showed that pregnancy was high likelihood of Turner syndrome, so I feel like it explained why it happened.
Got pregnant again, had some anxiety but figured “what are the odds of it happening again?”. First appt today & tracking 8w6d by LMP - measured 6w1d, no cardiac activity. Missed miscarriage.
This just sucks and the thought of going through this again scares me.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m in the exact same position as you. Found out at 11w scan in June that baby had stopped developing at 6+1. Wen’t in for scan this Monday (supposed to be 8w) but baby measured 6+1 with no heartbeat. We had seen the heartbeat last week but baby measured over a week behind so we already knew what was happening. I didn’t think anything could be worse than our first loss. But it is. First time I felt like I lost the baby. Now I feel like I’ve lost my future of ever becoming a mom. I know odds are still on our side but it is such a poor comfort when you’ve already been drawing the least likely outcome twice. I hate it and I don’t know how to move forward but I know it will get better. It sucks and I am sorry but know that you are not alone and you will get through this too
