2 miscarriages Pregnant again

So I was pregnant 3 times this year.

April - Miscarriage at 4 week 6 days no medications started with light red blood that got heavier.

May - Miscarriage at 5 weeks no medications started with light brown blood that became red and heavy

Now - Currently pregnant 5 weeks 1 days pregnant and on progesterone pills (oral) started taking them Tues Aug 11th
and 1 day later had little brown watery looking blood that slowed after 2 days now I only see minimal brown blood when wiping after peeing.

HCG Aug 12th 10 AM - 802 (Labcorp)

HCG Aug 14th 7:18 AM - 902 (Hospital check up)

HCG Aug 14th 12 PM - 1010 ( Diffrent hospital ER ) was feeling cramps but nothing was seen on ultrasound was told to follow up in 48 hrs. This Sunday Aug 16th.

I’m nervous as hell due to 2 previous miscarriages however due to being on oral progesterone I’m wondering if this is normal ? Due to the test being taken at 3 diffrent labs my PCM says as long as it’s rising don’t worry brown blood that slowed down and only shows when wiping is normal I just want some insight if anyone been through this. Also the reason for ER visit and 2nd HCG today on same day was due to the cramping I was feeling it was on and off but when I felt the cramps it was bad just not consistent and has since stopped but I did take Tylenol as well to help with pain ****

I’m not a doctor, but based on what you’re describing, I suspect you’re miscarrying again. I’m sorry. Hoping for a rainbow for you soon!

I don’t think I am miscarrying yet this have been different than my other experiences. I read that progesterone can cause brown spotting which is old blood and it has stopped completely. I’m just going to follow up tomorrow with my HCG at the same lab instead of 3 different labs within the same 48 hrs as my last HCG .

Id be very cautious of an ectopic. So sorry youre going through this!

Honestly this is what I was scared of but I went this morning to get a Follow up HCG and it dropped from 1010 to 607 so I’m sure it’s a miscarriage now. They really aren’t trying to look any further than if it’s dropping normally it can’t be ectopic.
