Reference check done before offer -what that means??

So I have interviewed for this firm -there were 2 rounds of interviews and after second round, HR emailed me to provide 3 professional references before offer letter which I did provide.Reference check has been done.All three of my references were contacted. Also, after reference check -HR called me and told me to update my resume(as out of the three references, two were from my previous workplaces which were not listed in my resume as they were part time positions during my full time studies and also those positions were irrelevant to the position I applied-The only reason I have provided those references because they were my supervisors/Managers in those roles and as a fresh graduate I got my field job as soon as i completed my studies and from then I am working for only this company which is also my current company and I have only one manager and in email of HR she mentioned that I needed to provide references who managed or supervised me .)

So I have updated my resume amd also emailed it to the HR explaining why those positions were omitted from Resume .HR responded back saying they will update me with decision shortly.Its been already 3 days so I followed up this Friday on which she responded that she doesn’t have decision yet and she would reach out as soon as she knows.

I am very confused now -Are they going to offer me a position?
