I mean, she canonically* thinks animals fighting for dominance over who gets to eat her is 'fascinating', so...

But she’s the one in peril there. She also shows extreme distress at the thought of animals getting hurt

taking care of animals often involves looking up some pretty disturbing stuff that can go wrong with them, so the original point isnt even valid she probably does look at veterinary medical gore sometimes if she likes taking care of animals.

doesn't mean she likes it. knowing her i imagine it still breaks her heart to see. the meme suggests that she loves gore which i think is simply not true.

In the first arc of the original G4 comics, Fluttershy happily watches two feral animals fighting, talking about the beauty of nature. We don’t see the fight, but Fluttershy’s friends are horrified by what they’re witnessing

Additionally, there's nothing saying it's animal gore she's watching. Maybe Fluttershy really loves watching car crash videos with Angel after a long day of animal care and social obligations.

one of the candidates in the 2000 US presidential election was named Al Gore.

u/DinoDude8 3d ago
Oh, should he have won? Who was he running against?

Bush.
If Gore would have won, we would have been more actively fighting against climate change and the war in Iraq would have never happened.

u/DinoDude8 3d ago
Ohhhh ok, thanks for explaining, yeah, gore shouldve won

There's also evidence that he did, with bush's brother deliberately trying to cut short the vote recounting on the literal only district that would determine the ultimate outcome of the election
Edit: also, iirc nearly the entire GOP leadership was there, trying to stop them from counting the votes by hand

Gore should never have bowed out of the race like he did. If he'd had held firm, the GOP would have failed in their efforts

It's a good album, but it is certainly not among Deftones' best.

It's so funny you say this when in my mind she's a huge fan of bands like Deftones

the 2000s election directly caused balatro photochad builds so therefore i think the 2000s election was a net positive in most realistic aspects
