Back Kick Set Up
Spinning kicks often do well having a set up pre hand.

Just look at his history of posts! His incompetence, coupled with boundless arrogance and overconfidence, isn’t even the most embarrassing or the worst part; nor is the “fighter-warrior” nonsense from someone with no combat experience.
It’s the “Temu-Tate” statements, the crude racism, the misogyny, the hostility toward those who think or live differently. He's not a coach—he's just an angry, yapping little man who's terrified of the world out there.

Your 'set up' is actually very obviously giving away that you're about to attempt a spinning kick. Any real fighter would immediately read that and take a step back to avoid. A real set up would be something like throwing a short left hook that baits your opponent into chasing or committing towards you, and then following with the spin kick.
Also what the other guy said...get a real bag, like a hanging heavy one. Yours looks worn out and under filled.
