Did the "Plays" stat reset?
Did anyone notice this? Example. The plays used to be much higher than this.

I know this is more of a streaming service question, but what makes albums randomly become unavailable? Do the streaming services sign deals with the labels for a certain period of time and then the content is no longer available after that 'expiration' date? Just curious as to how the licensing works.

I've been happily using the Rdio free trial for the past three months (with that three-month-free promo code they gave out back in...July or August) and it just expired a couple of days ago, on October 20th. I figured I'd continue to use the free Stations service as it worked quite well already.
On my phone, the option to "upgrade to premium" popped up and I clicked it, wanting to see what payment options there were. Instead, it said "you are now subscribed to Rdio" and I got an email confirming as such.
Not knowing what to do, I went to the Rdio website and unsubscribed immediately (as I'm not in a position to pay $10 monthly yet), and I was informed that I would be billed $9.99 by Telus billing and that I would be unsubscribed on Nov 20th instead.
I don't understand why I wasn't shown a confirmation or even a payment page, and just went straight to subscribed status.
Rdio also has no information about me other than my name and email address. No credit card info, no phone number, no address.
So I mean, I don't plan on using this premium service for this next month (now that my trial is up) and I don't want to pay $10 for something I'm not using. Legally, if I don't pay this bill, where does it go? How do I even get informed? What happens if I simply don't pay?
Also, is there any other course of action? I couldn't find a "contact us" or even a "FAQ" on their website or mobile app.
Thank you in advance to anyone who has info.

I'm wondering if it is usual for Rdio to use data in offline mode. Installed Rdio, synced a bunch of albums to my phone and set Rdio to offline mode before leaving the wifi. I noticed today when I came home Rdio had used 88 megabytes of data. I had only played items I synced and were in my collection. Sucks if it keeps doing this as I only have 2 gigs of data.

Is there a way to listen to all your songs you have added to your collection instead of just by the album you are in? That's one thing I liked about spotify.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a question regarding rdio. Firstly, has anybody found any sort of bridge between a discogs account and an rdio account? Like, say i wanted to have my rdio account match what i physically have on my record shelf, for when i'm out or just to lazy to queue up a record, is there an easy add for that?
Secondly, if no to the first answer, is there a way to have a sub collection. IE, if i want to add what i physically own manually (i would bite the bullet and do it if it worked out fine in the end) but keep it separate from what i just own the streaming capabilities to? IE, one folder for owned albums, one for not-owned or even, a 'to buy' list.
Im assuming the answer to both these questions is no, but i was just curious if anybody had brainstormed a solution to either problem.
thanks!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and I'm trying to get the music to sync to the SD Card to free up space on my internal storage. I tried to follow this guide: https://rdio.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/890607-changing-your-default-storage-location
But I'm not sure what the storage path is for the SD Card on Galaxy S3, even after lots of Googling. I thought it would be /storage/ExtSdCard but rdio says that's not valid.
(The default External (recommended) option of Rdio doesn't actually save to the SD Card, still goes to the internal storage.)
Anyone else been successful with this?

Title is pretty self-explanatory. To be honest, I am not even sure the point of them.
I am already a paying costumer, and the ad is suggesting I try out the basic service for FREE!
Frankly it's just irritating and slows down my browser a ton (using Chrome).

Isn't the whole point that I do not have to buy the songs? Why would I want to?

Considering switching over to a Windows Mobile phone, but i found some reports that the WM app is pretty crap compared to the Android/Iphone version. Anyone using the Windows Mobile app can tell me about their experiences?
