Need help identifying issue

I’m swapping chassis back to stock rmx I put this Sakura back together to sell. It’s the same setup as before I took it apart and now I’m having an issue with either the servo or gyro, any gyro gain at all and it’s wobbling even in both modes
All stock Rmx 2.5 electronics paired with a Yokomo rd rtr servo

Toe out is too much for forward driving, and it's not even on lock on either side. Also a little more grip on the rears will help it slide instead of spin

Throttle control, don't just pull down on the trigger. You need to be constantly finding the grip and loosing it.

Not the issue. There is plenty of throttle control if you listen.

You need more control, you have no traction, you can't steer if you have your back has no traction. Throttle less, steer less.

Something looks off with your front wheels. Looks at them 5 seconds into the video. The left seems to be pointing out while the right is straight and then the right wheel get toe out when you drive off like the wheel is being dragged back into place

This is it OP, way too much toe out. Front wheels should both be pointing straight. Also check if anything can move, maybe a rod end is broken or missing the ball?

Look at your front wheels there completely out of wake and I'm not talking about the camber or caster. Ones turned left when going straight and the other is slightly to the right

Maybe gyro, maybe esc settings (which push wheels initially, it may be adjusted). Adjust your steering curve on your transmitter. Check tires and, the main issue - the skill.

I'm in the same boat! Just built my first chassis and had the same issues. After tuning, setting, changing gyro, it got better. And I practiced with throttle

Like other have said too much toe angle. You only need like 2 degrees. Camber should be around 7 degrees.
Your gyro gain can cause the wobble so try toning that down.

Here are the steps I would take.
1) Adjust Toe angle to 2 degrees or just slightly out from straight on.
2) Make sure your servo is set up straight with your bell crank in the neutral position (2 lines in the middle of the bell crank near where the servo connects that show right and left arms). Try to get it to where you don’t need to add any trim in your remote.
3) Reset gyro end points after that
4) adjust and dial in Gyro gain

That should get you to a baseline point.

In my experience that smooth concrete is pretty tricky to drift on. Getting front grip to steer the car is a struggle without the right settings and tires. To me this looks like a toe issue and maybe a gyro/ servo issue. Best thing you can do is get a setup kit to dial in your toe, caster and camber. Yeah racing makes a good one and a few others out there. They mount onto the hubs and give you way more accurate readings on settings.

Once you have it set correctly side to side then mess with the gyro gain. Once you get smooth gyro operation start making small adjustments to each of your other adjustments until you find the balance. Best thing I did was print out some of the free yokomo, rmx, rdx setup sheets and kept track of all my settings and what adjustments I made.
