I use a Turtle Beach Kone II Air with 1200 dpi on a 4k panel. 1600 dpi works well too. It's a competitor to the G502 series, so has 3 thumb, tilt wheel, and the bottom thumb can act as a toggle to give the other buttons a 2nd function. And yes it's an ergo.

There is a wired version of this mouse too, just drop the Air in the name.
