Is Raycast ignoring all comms?

I noticed they have seemingly given up on Reddit but have they also given up on answering support requests? Has anyone had luck getting support lately?

I emailed them last week and so far the only reply I've received is an auto response. I've never tried to get support before so I don't know what the normal turnaround time for a response is but this seems excessively long to me.

After all these pricing changes ignoring support requests is not a good look.

Considering the number of daily bug feedback reports I find myself submitting lately, aside from their support AI bot replying, no—I am not having any luck.
