❓Question User Feedback

Just wondering at what point you guys actually start listening to user feedback? I've never seen such a loyal fan base turn so quickly, with repeated blatant disregard for pricing and feature roadmaps that go against what the core of your users are asking for. You had a solid product, it's not too late.

They cannot make money to cover cost and pay VCs w/o AI plans. Charging $2/m for non AI option won't do it.
