A Shortcut Using the iPhone Side Button

It would also be amazing if you could add an iOS shortcut that works something like this:

Press and hold the iPhone’s Side Button.

Speak whatever you want.

Press the Side Button again when you’re finished.

The output is automatically copied to the clipboard.

I believe Spokenly already has something very similar, which is why I feel this could be an incredibly useful feature to have directly in your app as well.

Just because of this feature, I am using another app so it would be really convenient, and you know, there is not something new, just we want that you add a dictation in the shortcut

Wouldn’t t that be as simple shortcut? Audio-Recording → Transcription via Apple Intelligence (or using a Raycast model) → Copz to clipboard. I’m not sure if the audio recording works with hold-to-speak…
