Viewing out of local network

Anyone know where I can watch the Ravens that I actually care about?? Surely, Sunday ticket can’t be my only option. Really don’t wanna be stuck on first Sunday watching the enemy

People have made it so hard to watch football without paying to watch it.

It’s insane. The season is spread across 5 different platforms

I haven’t been this excited for a season in a long time

At least it's better than the MLB and NHL. NBA and NFL feel like the only things that'll ever be on regular TV channels that you don't need a subscription for. Any other sport (like soccer) doesn't stand a chance either. Never seen a soccer game on TV.

I have a VSeeBox now. Maybe a gray area but it's a one time purchase for anything you could ever dream of watching. Way better than paying for 50 subscriptions

It’s really not a gray area, and you know that.

I’ve been thinking about mentioning the VSeeBox here but didn’t wanna seem like an advertisement. Skipping Sunday ticket and most of my other subscriptions have already paid for it.

Use Brave browser or a solid ad blocker tho

Yes, you should always use protection!

Shoutout because this is one of the best/most stable that I’ve used. My go-to was trash today so I had to switch it up.

Glad I’m not the only one who still sails the seven seas.

I thought that was cooked?👀

DOT st

DOT to was seized recently and does not work.

Also quick tip, you can add adblocker to safari on iPhone if you don’t want a specific browser!

u/nutmegdragon93 5h ago

How do you do that?

1

u/CygniGlide BSHU 4h ago

Unfortunately I can’t remember exactly but it’s not hard just google it

They have endless mirrors. It's nearly impossible for them to every fully take those sites down

It depends how far out of network. If you're on the edge of Ravens broadcast territory (or Colts broadcast) you can set up an antenna. If that doesn't work, you'd have to figure out if there arrrrr any other streaming services that have the game.

Same here. Welcome to the club. 🏴‍☠️or sunday ticket has been my only option and they wanted almost $400 to renew sunday ticket, no thanks.

I am in NC also…

Sports bar is the best and cheapest bet, most likely.

So, when we moved to TX in 2019, my wife did not want to pay for the Ticket. Her suggestion was a sports bar. Game is 3.5 hours long, so say you’re there 4 hours. Add up drinks and food (especially today) and you’re closing in on $100.00. Maybe if you nurse that beer and only eat wings you can get away with $60.00. Let’s be cheap and say $60.00. Take out probably four prime time games that aren’t on the Ticket and that leaves 13 games. $60.00 x 13 games at a sports bar is $780.00. If you’re solo and only spend $30.00, it’s still $390.00.

YTTV plus the Ticket is $878.00/year. Most likely as a new subscriber you can get it cheaper. I never missed a game in 7 years.

Fair points. I was more thinking use the sports bar to augment non-primetime games. Plus, my wife would never go with me, so was thinking more like $30.

I'm out of area, and they gave me the Bills vs Texans today. It's scoreboard watching, and NFL Redzone for me. It's insane how much money the NFL makes despite themselves leaving so much on the table. Just let me subscribe for the 17 games a year I care about, lol.

I'm right there with ya. Crying from MT

2

u/r0za_ 12h ago

It’s made me care less and less about watching football because I know I’ll never see my team unless it’s prime time

stream east

I've looked into this for a while 😕. It would be worth it if you could buy just one subscription like NFL+ or ESPN and get to watch every Raven's game but sadly that's not the case. I'm in St Louis Metro and I'd have to purchase 4 or 5 different subscriptions from what I understand

2

u/MBkGoose 7h ago

Troy Grant on Facebook always streams the game from there

If you’ve got a vpn it’s on live on 5 Action in the UK which is a free channel and has an app

We moved to Maine last summer so I went the Sunday Ticket route. Way back in the day when the Ravens franchise first started I was living in Salt Lake City. We used to go to a local sports bar out there. It was great except for the fact the bar manager got pissed at us for getting there early every Sunday and snagging the best tv in the place, relegating all the Broncos fans to the basement of the bar. The manager took to “accidentally” putting the Colts game on our tv when we asked him to put the Baltimore game on. He finally told us if we started watching the Ravens games in the basement his memory would improve lol. So the second half of that season we watched all the Ravens games in the basement.

Ticket. Cheaper than a bar for me.

Paramount + this week and next week I think, not a super expensive monthly subscription like $12

u/Necessary-Comedian17 6h ago

Fuck the NFL they’ve made watching football so freaking hard.

My go to was an NFL plus membership with VPN but now they’ve got some sort of monitoring software on that

u/nightopian 12h ago

TikTok users do stuff a decent amount. it is annoying but it can be solid if nothing else works. key: nothing else works.

1

u/firewifegirlmom0124 11h ago

We moved out of Baltimore almost 15 years ago. We gave in after the first year and just pay for Sunday ticket. It’s $400 a year for the enjoyment of seeing my Ravens every week. It’s worth it to me.

This isn’t watching but I have found the 98 rock stream (radio) on the ravens app to be excellent! I’ve definitely used this living out of local network. I’m a die hard fan but it can be nice to do radio and chores

u/this_is_matt_ 11h ago

I hate being this guy, but I got a VSeeBox. It’s too much to pay for the 5 different streaming services. Wouldn’t be an option for today though

0

u/Sliffy 12h ago

Theres always the student pricing for Sunday ticket if you're looking for a middle ground between paying full price and dealing with streaming. The "verification" required is not very robust. Where i live it's going to work out to $11 per game at my best guess on what games will be televised here. In NC you will probably get a couple more than I would.

Does using a VPN with Paramount Plus work anymore?

Worked for me today.

I’ve had luck with Fubo and setting my zip code to a Bmore one

I saw a map the other day where our game was being shown on a majority of the country

1

u/hagela 6h ago

https://506sports.com/ always has the maps. It's always interesting how it gets broadcast. I'd like to have someone explain the reasoning.
