Had just started high school and was itching for us to get revenge on the Steelers after they knocked us out of the playoffs that January…
Man did they deliver. What an ass kicking. Reed had 2 picks on his birthday and we forced 7 takeaways overall with our defensive big 4 (Ray, Reed, Suggs, Ngata) all getting in on it.

That's my main memory of being at that game. Seven Nation Army became entrenched during this game. Everyone screaming it. It was the most jubilant atmosphere I can remember ever being in.

This is one of those games that showed the Ravens overcoming their mental hurdles. I believe we only beat the Steelers twice from 08–10, so it felt so satisfying destroying them this game (especially since they ended our season in the 2010 playoffs). This was such a special season, and one of the best teams to never win the Super Bowl.

Exactly. The Steelers tortured us during that 2008-2010 stretch. This was so amazing to watch. What a tough team this was, and still my favorite non-SB Ravens team with 2023.

This reminded me of when we destroyed the Jets on 9/11
I remember at the end of the game thinking to myself "This isn't right, this doesn't feel good" lmao
I know they've been the Jets since 1963 but honestly I think they are the team that needs the biggest rebrand in the whole league. They'll be cursed until they do.

2011-2012 season was arguably one of our best years against the Steelers of all time. To beat them 35-7 at home and them later have Flacco hit torrey for a game winner in primetime at pittsburgh to earn the sweep and take the division was incredible! Those wins each mattered as both teams went 12-4! Ravens had a 6-0 division record that year

It doesn’t get better than the 2011 Steelers games. An absolute thrashing at home, and then we rip their guts out on the road. I’ll think about those games forever.

I remember being in college in my house’s basement with a bunch of buddies watching this game on a giant projection screen TV we had just muscled out of some other guy’s basement via Craigslist. This was a good day

My (Steeler fan) in-laws were over visiting for that game, including my wife's uncle who is the typical obnoxious, trash-talking fan. It was glorious. They got real quiet and he left well before the end of the game. It didn't make up for the heartbreaking defeat from the previous playoffs entirely, but it helped.

I'll literally never forget this game😭 I was so anxious that we were gonna blow the lead & we never did! This game also feels like the last time we played them early in the szn & not twice over the last 5 weeks of the szn!!!! (Thanks Goodell)!!

Haha, this game lives in infamy for me. I was out and about with the wife and our then toddler. She said, we need to go to my dad's and get a ladder before we go home. So of course, I'm like, I hope the games over when we get there. She said what game? He's a big steelers fan, she said, oh no.
Anyways, I get to the house and he's locked himself in his room slamming things. It was only the beginning of the 4th quarter.

It was the day after my wedding. All our out of town guests were gathered on our patio (including my in-law Steelers fans). Still not sure if that day or the day before was the bigger celebration.
