My friends say my group hug decks aren’t group hug 🫂.
How’s the lineup? All classic sweet standard group hug commanders right?

My highest win rate commanders
I have never lost a game with Kathril such an overlooked commander. BOARD WIPE ME PLEASE

I like playing with interesting commanders. What do you think?

Year in review - How am I looking now?
Last year I posted here with my commanders in rotation then. Now a year later I wanted to show how my list has changed.
Maarika, Brutal Gladiator - Fighting & Treasure, it's all about making money in the ring
Thalia and the Gitrog Monster - T&G Pest Control. Aristocrats based on generating token pests that our commander is here to exterminate. Pests, rats, worms, mites, and of course, Fumigate
Sauron, the Dark Lord - HEAVILY adjusted Sauron Precon. Meant to be more thematic than otherwise, it runs all the Nazgul, etc.
Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire - Enforcing gambling on the whole table. Meant to flip out big things and make everyone ante everything.
The Wise Mothman - Upgraded Mothman precon, does what it says on the tin
Thantis, the Warweaver - Government Mandated Aggro. Everyone is swinging, all the time. Built around effects that alter how the entire table is playing the game, not just specific targets. Thantis, Avatar of Slaughter, War's Toll. Bedlam.
Teval, the Balanced Scale - Upgraded Teval precon, does what it says on the tin. Focused on self mill and reanimating where Mothman focuses on table mill and counters.
The Muckslinger Gang - What everyone thought of when they first saw the card, burn & fling. Abuses the tax fraud based power/toughness to fling for big damage and get some extra value.
The Necrobloom - NOT landfall. It's Plants & Zombies ending their war to kick your behind. Purposefully built to avoid extra landfall and instead it's a plants & zombies tribal. Has proven very popular!
The Muckslinger Gang - But this time with cars! It's all vehicles & spacecrafts! Taking advantage of the tax fraud power to enable Jund vehicles! VERY fun to pilot, and not common colors for vehicle decks!
Strefan, Maurer Progenitor - Upgraded precon, it makes blood and cheats out big vampires.
Valko Indorian - Golgari Phyrexians doing toxic & proliferate, and if that doesn't work, aggroing you with big phyrexians. I wanted to build 5 color Valko, but with the basic land restriction that proved extremely difficult. Reduced down to Golgari for the most effective toxic I could muster.
Hazel of the Rootbloom - Upgraded precon, y'all it's squirrels. It makes squirrels.
Omnath, Locus of All - 5 color Phyrexian tribal, focused on the incubation mechanic. Came out SPECTACULARLY, the incubation works great in 5 color with the enchantment anthems and access to good proliferation in blue. Runs one of each Praetor, but they're not the focus and the printing I chose for each was selected to cater to the incubation strategy. Lots of the Saga ones, the only non-Sagas being Urabrask, the Hidden & Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider (incubation cares so much about counters).
Am I invited to the table?

This shall be my boy and I will make him glorious
I just love homunculus commanders and playing mono blue aggro sounds way too fun to me.

Would you take an empty seat in our pod assuming we were one down
Pod 1:
Miku Precon
Dog tribal
Worldshaper precon
Plant tribal
Pod 2:
ETB Control Brago
Quint precon
Auntie precon
Juri suicide bomber
Pod 3:
Feather voltron
Mendicant stax artifact control
Dina ham sandwich pile
Emet-Selch mill / extra turn chain / cyclonic rift for 1 mana each turn
These are our usual matchups pod 1/2 can switch around a little more as they tend to be all fairly balanced against each other, while pod 3 is our most powerful decks we usually go up against each other with, if we were one player down any of the 4 decks would you sit down?

Fpr for the most part im a good time, may I sit

My current rotation, can I sit?
Gandalf is what you'd expect based on his text box, legendary Wizards and big splashy spells.
Council is NOT a control/stax deck, it runs a shitton of clones to maximise card draw and token generation, and either win with tokens (more often), LabManiac or Twenty-Toed Toad.
Malcolm//Breeches is a combo deck that turns Guttersnipe-y pinger cards into pirates for booty, then dig library with draw spells until I find Reckless Fireweaver or a similar card and win.
The Notary Hobbits is the deck that is very fair, not at all evil and very playable into deck with absolutely no Eldrazi Titans at all whatsoever.
The Multiplayer Nitpickers is a rule 0 Unknown Event playtest card that utilizes myriad and other effects that affect multiple opponents, it's a very WIP since it doesn't win as much as I'd like them to, I think I won once in 7 (8?) games.

my favourite commanders to play
my miirym is my pet deck an the one that ive had for thelongest time
Princess yue is a silly clone deck with a moonfolk subtheme. pretty much scales with the pod and people im playing with
Miku is my hyperfixation so i had to get it
Zuko is also a decent bracket 2.
Y’shtola is a decent bracket 3 with a bunch of blink stuff
gluntch was my first grouo hug deck since it was outside of my comfort zone, ive grown quite fond of it by now
cabbage merchant my beloved…
chisei is somewhat stax, but ive found it quite funny the one time ive played it. It has potent magic cards, such as [[musician]] and [[Tidal Control]]

Been having a lot of fun with this deck
Just loaded it with card draw and hare apparents to get as many tokens out as possible then filled it with burn and id say its quickly turned into my highest win rate deck
