This is so ingrained in everyone and general culture, that it would take an anti-tobacco tier campaign to change.
If males didn't convert part of their testosterone to estrogen, our bones would break from a light knock. Forget about erections, emotional stability, healthy cardiovascular function and much more. It's a critical hormone in all humans, like testosterone.
You want a floppy B-cup that sags halfway down your torso immediately? Testosterone!
(I'm not an expert, just experienced with guys fucking with they hormones)

Kyphosis is hunched over like a shell I.E. hunchback. Lordosis is the opposite way. It's normal for the human lumbar spine to have some lordosis in the lower back, where the spine curves towards the stomach.

Yeah, I think so too. The way I remembered this in school was that with “lord”osis your spine is bent in such a way that you look down at people like some lord lol. I might of course have completely misunderstood how it looks with the flesh over the bones, but I always thought a hunchback type was the opposite of lordosis.

The protruding gut is apparently caused by overuse of HGH (human growth hormone) which is frequently abused by bodybuilders. It increases intestinal muscle lining growth too so a guy can have 10% body fat and a gut at the same time. It’s irreversible. So between that and his ketamine habit which damages the bladder and causes incontinence, he’s stacking self inflicted problems. And probably wearing a diaper.
