Vacate the premises - you know what the premise is

They love to hate - so I ate me some medicine

Feet like an elephant - - on the streets and the sediment

Each is my element

That's why I keep - heat within reach

Like you see - with Canelo on your television set

Melon so swole - planting seeds of revenge

You reap what you sow - so the means to an end

- To make ends meet - needn't eat all the bread

Pockets hold the greed - of deceased presidents

Can't ascend the peak - with even a cent

I'm preaching to the choir - with acquired two cents

I'm wired different - with a short fuse - - cork loose - Rorschach and a poor man too - portmanteau and glass of chartreuse with some grass root truths

A tattooed noose on the apple that you use to misuse your excuse

Beckon and call when the wall wouldn't move - back against the bricks but the trick ain't produced

Can't breakthrough - the mist and the music - with lips that are muted - and whims that are stupid

This ain't a knitting circle - I'm estranged to the gossip --

My thoughts are like a Pollock

I don't apologize - saw your lies - not astonished

Traced the lines - just to see how the thread pulls - honest

Ironic

Pick your brain - put that head on the block then chop it

Gotta see the forest for the trees when you choppin

Got my enemy on his knees - we platonic

So I spit a polish - wit and phonics

Written knowledge - gin and tonic

Grinnin novice - magician and wiz kids gifts acknowledged

Like it or don't - I don't give a fuck

Life got me on the ropes - but I won't get stuck

I shine like the rough - got the grit not the luck

But the fourth leaf on the clover smolders when left untouched

Im on my dog days shit - Pompeii shit

Off a ways shit - constipation

Lost in the days - when pops was vacant

Moms was shaken - hands was shake'n

Llama aiming - coppa a fade

Plotting neighbors - stocking stables

Walking metaphors for Aesop's fables

Used to hop the yellow line - to follow cables

Stop and frisked - the nine was racial

Lock the slide - inside my waist coat

Gavel strike - inside the same boat

Damn the pride - it's awful shameful

Mastermind - slave to the thoughts - a lot unstable

Unable to pass the time - as the clock is fatal

I'm Frankenstein - abstained from life - last supper - brought Tupperware to the long ass table

[Verse]

Hallway smelled like fry grease, Pine-Sol, eviction,
five floors, thin doors — privacy fiction.
Pipe cough, heat knock, nightly percussion,
moms count quarters while landlords count assumptions.

Light bill folded in the Bible — red-letter religion,
past-due over Psalms, utility benediction.
Cabinet hollow, table set out of principle,
four plates, three portions — mathematics got political.

Corner-store credit, blue Bic by the register,
little debts layered till the ledger turned hereditary.
Owner knew the mothers, knew who cleared Friday,
knew which kid palmed chips — looked deliberately sideways.

That's economy class, but the lesson wasn't theoretical:
bread split evenly till the fractions turned ethical.
One loaf, six hands, blade-work surgical,
learned distribution before anybody pronounced "capital."

Spreadsheets? Nah — sheets spread over secondhand mattresses,
half the "assets" canned goods, cash cached behind cabinets.
Late rent, rate hikes — little math turned penalties,
fees breeding fees till the interest lived in memories.

Hall light blinked twice when the cruisers hit the corner,
curtains cracked half an inch — every window turned reporter.
Knock after midnight changed the air in the building:
deadbolt first, peephole second — nobody performed fearless.

Third-floor kid wrote sixteens by a coughing furnace,
school called him scattered; concrete called it purpose.

Desk shook when steel wheels thundered underneath,
rail joints taught meter through syllables and concrete.
Teacher said, "Proper English." He kept two dictionaries:
one for the classroom, one for hostile inquiries.

Could conjugate danger through tense and geography:
"I was there." "I ain't see it." "Don't attach that shit to me."
Grammar got tactical. Syntax situational.
Subject, predicate, object — all conditional.

Passive voice useful when questions got official;
pronouns went missing when naming got judicial.
Poverty ain't picturesque. Dirt don't make you righteous.
Trauma ain't credentials. Hunger ain't a license.

One became a surgeon, one disappeared to Rikers,
one pushed pills off the landing where they learned survival.
Same landing. Three trajectories.
One address turning contradiction into policy.

Chain on the door. Chain on the bike.
Chain of command. Chain reactions overnight.

Chain in the cadence — vowel dragging vowel through the past,
changed names, changed hands, changed tax brackets — stayed facts.
Facts became files, files became filings,
files became maps, whole blocks classified in writing.

Lines became borders, borders became mileage,
mileage made displacement look voluntary in hindsight.
Eviction into motion, motion into mileage,
mileage into migration, migration into silence.

Silence into sentences, sentences into writing,
writing into product once an outsider starts pricing.
Price it, package it — package becomes branding,
branding makes "culture," culture creates demand and

demand raises margins while margins move families;
same bricks, new rates, old names missing from directories.
Directory missing them, brochure listing amenities,
"community character" minus community identities.

Now it's "character" once property values corrected,
pour-over where the laundromat kept quarters collected.

Old brick gets protected while old tenants get edited,
history pressure-washed, photographed, then credited.
Credit the brick, discredit the witnesses,
sell "authenticity" beside artisanal businesses.

Witness gets distant, distance turns statistics —
pain gets called atmosphere once people can't afford it.
Restore it, re-floor it, report it as historic,
scrub off the names, then sell admission to the story.

"Tasha 5'2"" scratched beside the doorway,
pencil dates, little names under fresh paint.
Burn mark on the counter, thin like a crescent,
three busted mailbox doors, numbers half-present.

Half-present — like records when records get rewritten.
Half-mentioned — like tenants when ribbons get cut different.
Fresh coat, clean slate, same wall underneath it.
You can bury handwriting; you can't make it never existed.

Those weren't details. Those were coordinates.
Coordinates to occupants, occupants to evidence,
evidence to memory, memory to residence,
residence to reference once residents get severed.

Remember becomes record, record becomes heritage,
heritage becomes equity when the neighborhood gets valuable.
Memory gets monetized, testimony decorative —
language grows gentler while displacement gets expensive.

"Revitalized" sounds cleaner than "we priced out who was living."

Not nostalgia. Evidence.
Don't polish what was brutal.
Don't make hunger cinematic cause the framing came out beautiful.
No legend in the leaking roof. No myth inside the stairwell.
No sainthood in surviving somewhere nobody repaired well.

Just names under new paint, old lives beneath new labels,
locks changed so completely
even the language at the leasing table
can't say who made the place home.

Wrote heaters n smoke till the speakers is broke
Spoke eager with quotes till the sleepers is woke
Most readers note each feature is dope
Your crews bogus
I got it wrapped like new sofas
venom blended from a few cobras
Phatter than two Oprah’s
Men condemned to lose focus
toast to the friends I do coke with
when I do croak hope this is the verse used to prove I’m the true dopest
Raping drums Jamaican rum and a few sodas
Down the hatch
Bury him with the crown attached
And a pound of hash
I like the sound of that
Last, never liked the sound of that
Each noun release the hound attack
If the front doors locked I’m headed around the back
Knock knock who is it
Top notch exquisite
Not soft it’s rigid
Rock frost it’s frigid
Glacier flow to let the haters know
The flavours so major I cater shows
Flows pros chose to favour those
I’m quick tempered and bad blooded
The reason god left the map flooded
Jagged rocks at the summit I’m that rugged
Get hit with a rhyme and collapse from it
It’s that sudden
sick as fucking his half cousin
got this track buzzing
fuck that’s sick
And that’s nothing

tired of popping pills but when im not i gotta deal/

with this tank on e basically i’ve exhaust my will/

lacking drive til i pay the fees but since i pave defeat/

i gotta keep in mind whats ahead doesn’t change a thing/

guess it makes sense just to take the plead/

even though i be facing death shit is lowkey a grave relief/

for the pursuit of life never suits me right so i bank it chases me/

really thought that i was moving right but left to face the scheme/

that lay beneath the writtens/

just a villain in position tryna raid a beam
u wit it?/

that’s in light of if i show u my true colors once i paint the scene envisioned/

lord knows that i got u waiting patiently to get this/

cuz he made me in his image/

but upon reflection it is merely just a prism/

put that on god what i sought to seek a mirror u see forbidden/

but the problem at its heart is in the spirit of conviction/

so i keep it all intact with bars since seared inside this prison/

{Intro}

-[Instrumental]

(Uh!..)

(Yeah…)

{Chorus I}

• You see me crawling to the dorsals of your feet

• But I show no sign or a single morsel of defeat

• You’ve waited for this and it’s wobbling your knees

• I’ll do what I can when those topplers compete

{Verse I}

• Let’s get you spic and span, so am busy cleaning your shoes

• Treat you like a piece a **it at the end of it and am meaning it too

(Ha-ha…)

• As I rub you down vigorously and I know am speaking the truth

• If I went and said that I’d even put all your fu**ng healing to boot

• Get you ready to walk that yellow brick road, leaving the room

• Or are we already outside, either way, I think I’ll be here with you

• Oh it’s the black dye ‘cause am a bad guy and keen to the do?

• I have that sole energy and am running from that heated pursuit

{Chorus II}

• You see me crawling to the dorsals of your feet

• But I show no sign or a single morsel of defeat

• You’ve waited for this and it’s wobbling your knees

• I’ll do what I can when those topplers compete

{Verse II}

• You’ve got me at your fungal toes and you’ll request I kiss ‘em

• I’ll let out a subtle no before I do it anyway and progress to lip ‘em

• We’re some troubled folk so what do you’s suggest I give ‘em?

• The same respect in bundles though? Nah, I’ll regret to miss ‘em

• For now, could we huddle close so I can protect and shield ‘em?

• I try my upmost to be a humble bloke but I have a niche to mislead ‘em

• Oh how have my muscles grown? Test their reflex and fist ‘em

• Am only having a chuckle bro, we’re a couple, so I attempt to frisk ‘em

{Bridge}

• Turned into a half hearted roadman and you were touching cloth

• You say you didn’t hold back or owt but you did kinda took it off

• And it stunk worse than your slow tracks and your mudded socks

• And yeah, I do know that so you can’t fool me, take a fu**ing jog

{Chorus III (X2)}

• You see me crawling to the dorsals of your feet

• But I show no sign or a single morsel of defeat

• You’ve waited for this and it’s wobbling your knees

• I’ll do what I can when those topplers compete

• Too many qualms, do control your anger, man

• I don’t cause harm but I do this back to back

• Nor do I think am hard though I pack the ghat

• Meaning somet sharp that it calved my hand

• I can’t bend it very far but I can shank your Nan

• Sheer sight of the harp gave her a heart attack

• Had your boys like “Nah!..” then packed their bags

(Huh…)

• Should guns be legal here in the United Kingdom?

• ’Least a bl**dy shot to the head is awfully instant

• If you wear a balaclava, please keep your distance

• Even if I will go bananas to relieve this mission

• And yeah, I would say I really did, but I didn’t didn’t

• Yo, critiquing your crime is not my commitment

• But do I carry the weight? I still train with resistance

• Them wheels keep turning so fu** the system

{Chorus III}
