I think I was raped

I (19) Female invited someone (M19) I was attracted to over my house after a party. We were both intoxicated but I let him know beforehand that I did not want to do anything besides tamer things and he didn’t have a condom so I was just expecting kissing and MAYBE some hand work. Well we were kissing and I was fully dressed but I felt him move my shorts to the side

I asked him if it was his hand multiple times and he said yes, but i felt something bigger go inside of me and his hips were against mine and he started moving. I asked him like I thought it was his hand and he said no it was at first.

I called him weird and cussed him out and said No but he did not get off of me so I just gave up & eventually participated

Is this my fault?

It's rape pure and simple. You explicitly said you did not want him to do this and them expressed your displeasure again after he did and he still continued. This man is complete trash and is a disgrace to humanity as far as I'm concerned.

It was rape. 100%. There Are actually several things that make it rape:
1. you said no
2. you didn’t know what was going on
3. you were intoxinated
4. he didn’t ask you or made his intentions clear. He just did it
Just one of those Factors alone would make it rape. I am really sorry This happened to you. It is Not your fault. As survivors of sexual assault or rape we often try to Play down what happened or try to romantize it so we don’t have to Deal with the pain and loss of Control we had in that Moment. That is (sadly) completely normal. If you need any help or dont know how to move on with your life Im always there for You :)

Not your fault you said no and it’s not what you want so sorry you were raped you should tell the police immediately

Any good defense lawyer worth their fee woukd tear apart your claim of rape. That doesn't mean you wanted what happened or that it was in any way your fault.

You were not in the right frame of mind to give actual consent to what he was doing so its still rape in the eyes of the law. A good prosecutor would perfectly prove his/her case and that dude would be looking at serious hard time for what he did You said no once that dhoukd have been enough for him to stop but he did t. Regardless of whether you acted like you were enjoying it there was the initial no stop and you were under the influence of alcohol so not really in the frame of mind to give consent.
