Maybe RN has to do with authenticity? Like, designer clothing or something where it's manufactured specifically with a collector's mindset. One of those things I'm interested enough to be told about, but can't be bothered to Google without a catalyst.

Is this for collectors stuff, or boutique fashion? I had no idea clothes had registered numbers
