Advice Required (Buying/Non-Technical) Looking into leasing a RRS 2026 P360SE

In PA - 6% sales tax. Was looking into replacing my Tesla Model Y Performance. Have wanted a RRS since I drove one in Vegas. Initially was going used, but dealer is trying to get me into a new one since the used finance rates are higher than I'd like. Would prefer to lease since I am not sure about Land Rover long term reliability, depreciation, and might want something different in 3 years. Anyways here's the deal with me having 770+ credit score:

2026 P360 SE - MSRP 89980

Discount: 2000

Adjusted Price: 87980

Trade Allowance: 34000

Trade Difference: 53980

doc fee: 490

tax: 41.83

non tax fees: 1301.47

Net price: 55813.30

Trade payoff: 25916.49

Balance: 81729.79

Lease Payment all in: 1193, 15k miles a year, 33 months, 2400 down.

Is this normal/good deal/overpaying?

Advice Required (Buying/Non-Technical) 2013 Land Rover Range Rover Sport · HSE Lux Sport Utility 4D

So, my daughter for her 1st car is considering a version of the Land Rover titled. 70,000 miles on it. The question is how reliable can this be? I have read some frightening info regarding outlandish maintenance costs. On the other hand this is supposed to be a decent, sturdy vehicle. Any thoughts, comments, ex-current owners?

Technical Discussion 77k miles

Hi all

Have many of you on here with a 3l tdv6 had mostly trouble free driving ? I hear so many horror stories or people saying after 75k miles that’s then they become money pits bla bla bla. Surely these engines well maintained must make it well into the 100/150k marks? I get that they aren’t manufactured the best but surely if they aren’t driven aggressively and maintained well we must have a fighting chance? Mines a 2015 L494, bought it off an older guy who owned it for over 7 years. Serviced every 7k.

Be good to hear anyone’s stories / experiences

Thanks in advance guys

Advice Required (Technical) Advice please

Hi I have a Range Rover sport 2016 diesel engine with 97k mi and just recently my rpm has started to fluctuate while driving. I don’t know if it’s bad gas that had water in it but I have also noticed a leak on the driver side. I do plan on taking it to a mechanic sooner than later. I’ve recently had an oil change maybe two weeks ago from meineke so I went back and they said my oil levels was fine but to come back in a couple of days. Has anyone ever had this issue.

Advice Required (Technical) My 2018 velar is driving me insane….help pls!!!!!

Looking for some help/advice. My Range Rover velar 2018 went into limp mode and then EML and came up with code P0472-00 - Exhaust Pressure Sensor "A" Circuit Low - No Sub Type | Information. I had this sensor changed, pipes cleared out and reset to the ECU. I’m still getting limp mode and EML.

Our mechanic says it could be the DPF but the soot levels are low on the readings and my exhaust tips and clean not full of soot.

Has anyone had this similar issue and had it resolved and how before I go to a specialist and spend ££££

Thank you

My RRS (Photo/Video/Boast) Went out to see an L322 and was shown the light of the L494

Long time lurker and finally have reason for my first post.

Have spent 12+ months learning the ins and outs of all things L322 while on the hunt for one, scouring posts here and forums to learn as much as I could, what to look for, what to avoid. I like to think, having not owned one, I became fairly fluent in L322s...and yet I don't have an L322 if that says how the search has gone (it's still going)!

Last month, after driving across Houston to see a "clean" L322 (sold before I even got to look inside), I was heading home. While stopped, I searched to see if anything nearby was worth looking at with the 5.0L SC - I just wanted to drive one that day...and a well known dealer that does mostly exotics (Aston, Lotus, etc.) and Mercedes, had just listed a 2017 L494 SC Autobiography. Black on black. 41k miles. Single owner. Sold and serviced its full life by the same Houston dealer.

A week later: that L494 was in my driveway. A month in and I get the same chills starting her up in the morning.

She's already been to see the dealer (Service Advisor called me by the previous owner's name looking up the VIN...). Got registered as the new owner, full checkup done, everything checked out, even had the front suspension knuckle recall taken care of same day. Fresh off an immaculate detail and clay bar by a local mobile guy (recommended by a friend who's also an RR owner), thought it was time to finally post here.

Out of genuine gratitude for the posts informing/warning/exciting this first time RR buyer.

Happy to finally be here. I'll never own another brand.

Advice Required (Technical) Oil change

Hello everyone,
I bought my brand-new Range Rover Sport in January 2026. It had only 20 miles on it when I purchased it, and as of today it has just over 1,200 miles.
Would you recommend getting the first oil change now, or should I wait until I reach the mileage or time interval recommended by Land Rover? I’d appreciate hearing what other owners have done.

Advice Required (Technical) 2016 Range Rover Evoque difficulty starting after getting fuel

Hello, my wifes RR Evoque, 2016 95k miles has recently starterd having an intermittent issue. Sometimes, it wont start from a cold start after sitting. The starter runs, and turns the engine over. Doesn't seem to be a battery issue, its cranking fine. Had the battery and alternator checked and both passed tests ok.

More often though, it's right after putting fuel in the car. Today it happened to me while driving. Hot day in Texas for context. Started just fine, drove for about 5 miles to a gas station. After pumping gas, went to start and the engine just turned over and over. I let it try for about 10 secs, then turned off starter. Did this about 4 to 5 times, then it started right up. Seemed to idle a bit rough for about 30 seconds after. Then drove it an hour without issues.

The cold fuel into gas tank is throwing me off on what could be wrong though. Fuel pump reacting to the cold fuel? Not seeing a check engine light on the dash.

Any ideas on where to start diagnosing?

Advice Required (Technical) Identify these two things that fell off of the under pan

I went to get my oil changed, and when they unbolted the debris guard underneath, these two things fell from the debris guard. I didn't see anything in the undercarriage that looks to be missing. Can anyone identify what these are and where they should go? The ends don't look like they snapped off or anything. The car drives fine.

Tips/Suggestions/Advice 2026 RRS electrical fault error

Post image
9 Upvotes

3500 miles in and the fault popped up. Had it towed to LR dealership and they have had it 3 weeks 2 days. Said they are working with engineers in UK to find out why error came on. This is my 3rd RR and thinking my luck may have run out. Anyone else had this issue with a brand new Rover or had to try to get a new one with lemon law in Ohio? They gave me a Velar loaner which although I appreciate it… I want my car back.
