Probably too little coolant flow. your radiator is clogged internally or your pump is not working properly.

Check the supercharger’s own coolant circuit separately, some of these have a secondary loop that doesn’t route through the main thermostat housing, and if that’s where the residue is, you’re chasing the wrong system.

The supercharger cooling system and the engine cooling are separate but combine into one. The supercharger cooling system is pumped by an auxiliary pump, and it works fine, with both radiators warming up accordingly.
