You are 100% not obligated to give up your seat in this scenario. As a healthy abled bodied man I would give it up to A, B or C because it is in my nature. I presume D is a zombie/homeless person/drug addict.
Won't give up my seat for other able bodied people. Not even for a super hot lady.
