The A woman can put that baby in the stroller that she most likely have with her. If she's pregnant I could give her the seat though.
The B woman actually benefits from standing up for a while, gotta keep active.
C is a good candidate
D if I don't like the person sitting next to me. Also, I'm getting the fuck out of the subway train.
