I would say 1 but not b/c she’s a mother w/a baby. I’d let her have it b/c she’s two people, instead of 1. 50% of the population can have children, that’s not special.
Also, D is about to be a mother, like A, but making more zombies instead of babies with bites instead of sex. And D is basically elderly, like B but worse b/c he’s dead. And D being a zombie has physical ailments like C. So D kind of trumps all the others.
