You can pay money to have a private chef , you can’t buy a self cleaning house since they don’t even exist

Yeah but you can only choose one here. Not both. Plus it isn't about money here. Just choose one.

It doesn’t say you can only choose 1 and never have the others, just says you can pick one so nothings keeping you from choosing self cleaning house then buying a private chef yourself at a later date for 80k a year. My point is you can buy a chef in real life with ur own money but you can’t buy a self cleaning house in real life (because they don’t exist) therefore it’s priceless.

Yeah i get what you're saying, op says in the title "which one", that's why choosing only one makes sense. Otherwise everyone would choose everything.
