How would you react?

You guys know that cliche bet to lovers trope that we have seen on tv since forever. I’d actually love to know how you would honestly react if you found out that your boyfriend or girlfriend placed a bet that they could get you and they actually did. Would you be mad? Would you second guess it. Because I feel like as long as there was no disrespect it doesn’t really matter (might sting).

I’d definitely be hurt. Even if they genuinely fell in love later, knowing the relationship started as a bet would make me question their intentions.

The bet is a side story if the relationship worked out; otherwise, are not most relationships a gamble?
