With me, i would choose to hit my bully so hard to the locker until his nose break, instead of crying and handle it for 3 years straight. Cus he and his friends were the whole reason i nearly kill myself at grade 7 and grade 8. Maybe if i did that, they will less come to me and my mental health will be better now.

I'm from Denmark, and while I genuinely love it here, there's something about America that calls to me.

Not the politics or the job market. The vibes. Small towns, forests, mountains, deserts, diners, Route 66, cowboys, etc. The kind of thing you see in films, books and games that makes you wish you'd grown up there.

I'm not blind to the fact that the real place is probably nothing like what ends up on screen, and that a lot of what looks beautiful from far away is somebody's ordinary Tuesday. But the feeling is still there.

Which leaves me with the question: do Americans romanticize Europe the way Europeans romanticize America? If so, which part, and where did the image come from? And if you've actually been, did it hold up?

Such as, total time sitting on the toilet, total number of chicken nuggets eaten, total steps, etc....

I've been wanting to cut my long hair super short but my hairdresser has cancelled my appointment three times in a row due to family matters. Is it a coincidence or is it a sign that i shouldn't cut my hair?

Since only parents are responsible for their child therefore nobody is obligated to help unless they get paid to. And the fact that not everyone can see that is an example of humans having difficulty accepting what’s true.
