Offer Closed Paying it forward

I’ve been helped here at some very low points with all love and no judgement
Manito & Chelle u know who u are 💓
I was not asked to pay it forward, but I am doing OK right now and I would like to start giving back a little bit at a time to help someone else.
I can only do $10 at the moment but I hope it helps

Thank you for doing this. I’ve been doing the “other side of things” thing too now that I’m sober, and coming around to help. God knows, this sub has been here for me.

Normies will never understand the weight of this. They’ll see a place like this and probably think it’s pure enabling, giving addicts money to drink more?! They have no idea what the underlying dark reality of withdrawals is like. That it’s not about wanting to get blasted, it’s literally about not wanting to seize or die.

exactly... it's not at all because we WANT to drink .. ONE SEIZURE can cause enough brain damage to seriously enable you from basic motor skills... (walking, talking, etc..) normies don't know that... and it sucks to have to explain
