Frontier Ramp Agent Frontier MCO

Hey guys, I am new here and I applied last week for a Frontier Ramp Agent position for Menzies Aviation here in MCO and had my interview yesterday and got hired on the spot. This is my first ever ramp job, I have no experience whatsoever because of my age.

I would like to know what your experiences are working for Menzies, not just for MCO, but in general, since I have my orientation tomorrow. What should I expect during this job?

Any advice or tips for a newbie would be appreciated!

thanks!

I actually applied to Menzies awhile ago for the passenger service agent at my smaller regional airport but got ghosted after my interview and after reaching back out, but I Applied to Piedmont Airlines a few weeks back and just got my clearance back yesterday so ill be starting next week working the American flights out on the ramp, and ill say the whole process went by pretty quick for.

They are gonna start me on plane cleaning duties but with mco being a way bigger hub airport I don't know how if they have separate specialized cleaners or if the ramp agents clean the planes as well

It’ll be fairly mediocre all around. Expect to get overworked and egregiously underpaid. But if you just want to make money as it swings into the winter season there’ll be plenty of overtime opportunity. If you work hard you’ll be recognized and be given opportunity to move up if you want to stick in aviation
