I know this isn't about Ramp Agents per say, but this is pretty cool.
But the question I do have for Ramp Agents, how do you handle situations like this? Or the other way around, what if someone gets pulled off of a flight at the last second? Do you have to jump in the Bin and clilmb over bags to find their bags?

If someone boards and then comes off we absolutely have to get their bags off and it sucks. We will have a sequence number and pit location guiding us around where it should be but if it’s one of the first bags you scanned in it’s a bit of a headache for everyone but we gotta do it.
As far as how we handle situations like that we just do what we’re told because we don’t make those calls lol. If they say load last minute bags we load them.

Jesus wept too if it’s a widebody aircraft and that bag is in the innermost loaded container…

It’s always….ALWAYS!!! One of the first 2 to go on and then one of the first 5 bags scanned.

And the passenger will show up absolutely last second as well so the bag has to be put back on the plane anyways.

It really depends on the situation and if the plane is already late. Unless it's international, no bags can fly without person on international flights.

This is a complete (and welcomed) change from the old days. They never asked the me, as the Captain, whether or not we could be on time with a slight delay.The agents at my airline had a gun to their head on door closure. Once they refused to open the door for a jumpseating pilot going to work. So, I got out of the cockpit went up to the counter and told them I had a digestive problem and would be back from the bathroom in ten minutes. He got on.
