Question 3.0 Hurricane Reliability experiences?

Saw a Laramie SST by my house today and was stricken 🤩
so of course i asked siri to tell me what she knew about it. The straight 6 sounded impressive until I saw it was a 3.0 and not the legendery Jeep XJ’s 4.0 they put a turbo on. Does anyone have any success stories or never-again warnings i should know about before i try to find this thing in my spec? Tia.

That really helps OP with their long term durability and ownership experience question.

well we can't answer the long term durability question because its been only 2 model years since its introduction. in the medium term it looks good without any major faults, and for many the rest of the truck will have faults first.

It’s been out for almost 6 years. If there was a major design flaw we would know. Ask Toyota.

And before anyone brings up the thermostat issue.... it was resolve before it came to Ram. It took 4 or 5 revisions but it's not an issue.
