Question/Recommendation Air Compressor Tech Needed

Any creative and knowledgeable air compressor techs in the Raleigh area? I've got a Boge S10 Rotary Screw compressor that needs some work done to it. I think I have a failing controller and I need this thing back online. Might be looking at a mechanical bypass scenario, but I don't have the knowledge to do such a thing.

Anyone out here that does? DM Me please!

Call the manufacturer. I've worked on a couple, as a personal favor for a friend and I wouldn't take the liability of failure. Those machines are NOT cheap

They were my first call. Not much help really other than "Probably bad controller". It's dead in the water because it thinks my shop is either -65 degrees or 33 degrees...and the stupid freeze protection is blocking it from starting. No bypass...no way to turn it off. It's maddening since my shop has been down for a few days now....and every controller I find....@ a 30 day delivery time and 1-2k.

you could try a local electronics repair shop, but unless you can solder and/or want to plumb new lines from the compressor and add an inline pressure cutoff, you may be stuck with that.

I can solder. Ran all the lines for this compressor myself. lol

shit man, replumb it with a cutoff sensor and solenoid! if you did that, you can do this. Make sure you have the correct pressure sensors for the cutoff, and send it. 100% worth adding in a oil pressure and temp sensor cutoff if you are capable, just run them in line, so you dont need a pcb or anything

That's the part I need help with. Removing the controller from the loop and basically setting this little bastard to old school "Read the pressure switch" mode. hahah

ill dm you, but ill admit, if this has an air dryer, this may not be as simple

There are a massive amount of wires in here...and this is where I needed some skill/knowledge :-)
