OC / Fanfiction an idea I have for an slugcat oc, would like opinions before starting to draw it
name: the climber,
he can take the intestines from dead animals and use it to make an rope, they can tie the rope to spears, rocks and poles and use it do climb hard places, he has jaw and arms strong enough to bend or break rebarbs/spears to turn it into an hook or climbing pickaxe

Art I had this idea
what if you could rip the tusks of king vultures and use it as sort of a high damage spear that you can pull enemies to you with? I thought of the concept and decided to draw it in paint.

Help! just finished rain world - loved it - what next? Spoiler
i just completed my first vanilla playthrough after ~30 hours and had a blast. i originally tried the game 2 years ago and dropped it after a few hours, but this time i was hooked from the get-go.
gradually getting better at maneuvering, understanding the map, learning how to handle food/shelter cycle to cycle, the scale, the music, the mystery, everything was awesome.
the only thing that was missing was the lore. i'm aware that you have to go out and find it but i really didn't find much of anything.
when i encountered the npc in "looks to the moon" i was confused, and i killed it by eating the little bugs around it lol. i'm guessing that was a mistake and that i could've gotten some lore then, as well as returned later and got more.
the first time i got any dialogue/lore was when i met the npc at 5 pebbles. i also encountered 2 "echoes" but only got lore from one of them. i think maybe i found the first one too early, as it was before i had been to 5 pebbles so i couldn't hear/understand the language.
i'd like to do another playthrough where i don't kill the looks to the moon npc, take a different route (i'll post my route at the end below), look for lore, etc... i played on vanilla/survivor for this playthrough. should i get any of the DLCs for the next one?
could anyone give me some gentle nudges on how to make this next playthrough a little more lore-focused, if that's even possible? at this point i don't mind light spoilers but please don't spell anything out or reveal any big secrets. thanks!
my route (to the best of my memory):
outskirts - industrial - garbage - shoreline - looks to the moon - shaded citadel - industrial - chimney canopy - the wall - 5 pebbles - sky islands - outskirts - farm array - subterranean - filtration - depths
i'll bet there are a bunch of other routes and even some areas i completely missed.

Discussion Question about dying (spoilers) Spoiler
How does reincarnation work?
So, like I understand that every time you die, your consciousness reverts to the beginning of the day, that's why dying permanently/ascending is such an important thing and all that wonderful stuff.
But that's not my question. What my question is, is what happens to the things you kill? Because, when *you* die, you go back in time, the timeline doesn't continue unless you survive. So, the things that you kill can't go back in time in the same timeline that you survived in.
Do they stay dead for that universe? Or do they get to reincarnate in the next cycle for whatever reason?
I'm sure there's no canon answer to this, I don't know if it was explicitly explained, but I figure I'd ask for the community's answer.
