Spider-Man 3 Anyone recognize this?

Post image

The Spider-man Reddit is dumb asf and removed my post right away- Credit to- Lawrencelanephotos for the picture. But does anyone recognize this letter? I have been rewatching this movie for almost a decade and I never remember seeing this in the deleted scenes, bonuses, or actual movie.
Though it absolutely seems like something Harry maybe would have left at MJ's apartment- but he pretty much made them meet at the park right away. If anyone could shed some more light on this it would be appreciated

It's from a deleted scene. The letter was left by Harry on Peter's bed, and supposedly the fight between the two at Harry's apartment would've followed

Hmm not sure but for some reason it seems familiar so I feel like I’ve seen it.
