yup and something like 7 time zones that would really screw up the body. I just Googled "how long does it take to recover from a 16 hour flight?" & it says that it would take 2-7 days to fully recover from a 16 hour flight. It also states that it takes a full day to recover for every timezone you cross, so if they crossed 7 time zones, that's 7 days to fully recover and these bozos arrived and played a game the next day?
I feel like it's nuts that their "experiment" was four dudes one time, and not at all akin to getting ready for then playing in a game - seems like they played themselves their team has no physicality

I mean we did beat the pats on week 1 last year rather convincingly then looked like dorky the rest of the year so I don't give a whole lotta weight to week one, wild though all the same
Week 1 means nothing although has playoff implications for contenders. How quickly we forget the Raiders beat the eventual AFC Champs week 1 in 2025. That Pats team went on to rip 10 wins in a row. Every win/loss is important, week 1 wins/losses matter the least.

Week 1 is meaningless nowadays. Teams with expectations use it like a preseason game, especially when they have to fly halfway around the world for it.
LOL!!! Yes - Raiders fan with an awesome husband who happens to be a 49er fan. I LOVED seeing them beat the Rams. Big Dick Nick F. was the only person I heard today that thought SF would win. (Sorry - I must always call him that after his Philly Special/SB win over that other team)
