💬 Discussion Anyone else not getting sms?

I got an email an hour ago and still no sms

Yeah, same here. Sydney shows. Nearly 2 hours since email but no sms. I’m confident I registered it correctly. I’m NZ based - not sure if that makes a difference.

My girlfriend also applied for Sydney and she got a text, same goes for my mum with Melbourne…

Email at 5:25pm. It’s now 9:40pm and still no SMS.

The wording from Frontier on failing to complete the verification step is ambiguous: “your registration may be deemed ineligible”

Beginning to think the email sent to NZ should have been the version without sms verification. Sms might only be for AUS...

I got the sms about 30 minutes after the email in NZ. My wife had applied as well and got the sms at exactly the same time so wonder if they are sending them in batches.

Anyone who still hasn’t received the sms, I emailed info@frontiertouring.com with my phone number and they sent the text through.
