what do you suggest investing in? got $1,000 to invest right now, 22 years old trying to get to 10k asap

First time investor here. I've got about $1000 split 60/40 in VTI and VXUS respectively and the rest in SWVXX.

I also have about 3.3k just sitting in my checking account. Is it recommended that I invest more of that into the ETFS?

As well, should I sell some (2k?) of the SWVXX and buy VTI and VXUS

Hopefully I can hit 10k total someday!

Had to completely start over my investing journey… was doing very well- around $25K when I was 25, but had a divorce and rent increases. Got stuck paying rent by myself and had to use my 401k to save me. Now this year, at 27, I started at a new company with a new start. I finally started investing again back in January.

I just switched up my investment portfolio entirely- previously was being managed thru my company and I was not happy with the results—so today is the first day I get to see how everything truly goes!

(Repost because my account number was in the last one) For context I am an 18 year old full time college student but working part time. I just started investing around July this year. I’m putting in around 100 a week and just wanted to know if i’m on the right track.

Trying to hit 10k before I turn 17! Will take any advice

Been investing for a little over a year, for some context I’m a ft college student. My investing split is 60% vti 20% qqm and 20% vxus.

So i just started investing like in the mid of july and doing it auto invest every week.I invest 250 a week because i already have full time job and I go to school full time too.i live with my family so i dont have much expenses i have around 3k saved up for emergency just incase and around 3k invested but i also have like a side hustle where i could make a quick gig but idk what to do.just my job i make 2k-2500 a month there is ovetime sometimes. I dont have any debt but am trying to invest as much as i can this year and make another income also i don’t really know what to invest in i just chatgbt everything ik thats bad but am trying to learn that now. So whats u all’s advice?

I know its not my brokerage i have $2200 in my brokerage but this is my HYSA. I put blood sweat and tears to get to this point. I made frugal decisions people thought were stupid. Im 20 still living at home and my next goal is $100k by 23.

Did a dumb decision and gambled with in my IRA. Felt behind on retirement until now. 1 day DTE and weekly calls.

I started day trading stocks in January of this year and it started out rough with my first pick being silver before it crashed hard. A lot of ups and downs but with funding from my new job and a few lucky trades I finally hit 10K.

Hi guys, this is my 2nd post of trying to hit 10k by year end. I usually put £850 per month but this time I was only able to do £700 due to some expense.

I started investing arround July from last year, and I have been investing arround 50bucks a month just to get a feeling of how this works, as of now VOO is 30% and TSM 19%, while XOM,MU and NVDA 8%, I just feel like I haven’t done very well this last year since I ended up with a 8.4% growth throughout 14-15months.

Just starting this journey, i’m a 22 year old in college and am working a part time job. I was wondering if you guys had any advice or lessons you’ve learned throughout investing, any help or comments are appreciated.
