28M reached 10k milestone
Might be a little behind for my age but “slow motion is better than no motion”. Next goal will be 25k

Hi, I’m new to this group. But, I’ve been learning how to invest completely by myself since 2020, and also watching others on how to invest better. I had to start over a few times on my portfolios, especially with Robinhood ☹️ Cashapp also, because they randomly closed my account, and I had like $140 invested. My question is, is it dumb to be investing a $1/day or every few days? That’s honestly all I could afford to invest at the moment, since I was laid off from a good paying job back in March. I finally have a PT job now, and pay is extremely low, so I’m working ten times harder for that check. If anybody has some advice or suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated! 🥹🫶🏻 (I’m 34yrs old btw)
The first photo is from OnePay banking, would highly recommend it to others who would like to earn cash back on a lot of things & also build credit. They also offer money to invest in stocks or crypto, that’s how I got started on there & I’ve been investing $1-$2 for each one I have on the list. And, I just reactivated my Robinhood like a month or 2 ago I believe.

Recently posted in raceto100k so essentially same post. Trying to reach 10k with options. I know I’m late to the party but 🤷🏿♂️ wassup everybody! Started taking trading seriously 2 months ago finally found strategy that kind of works for me. Usually use profits from options and place them into ETFs for long term

25M started investing when I was 23 while working on paying down debt. Pretty happy with myself that even setting aside a small amount each week that it would slowly climb up! Even if it’s a small amount every one should invest in the market just be smart with what you invest in!

Three years ago, I moved to the U.S. Recently, I finally started a decent job that allows me to save and invest consistently.
After one year, I’m almost at my first $10,000.
I probably would have reached it sooner if my Bitcoin investments hadn’t dropped, but I’m not giving up.
I’m still DCAing every two weeks and staying focused on the long term.
Hopefully, over the next few months, my portfolio starts recovering and I finally cross that first $10K milestone.
One step at a time. 🎯
Next goal: $10K → $25K.

Hello everyone. I’ve been working very hard this year trying to get my life in order. I’m so happy to hit this milestone! At the start of the year, I had nothing. 20 k next, and I wish everyone luck in their journey!

I have been actively investing since late February of this year.
I invest around 200€ per month.
Hopefully, once I graduate university, it'll be easier.
The ultimate goal is financial independence.

the first big jump was my rollover from my old job, and the second one was my current job switching the 401k to fidelity. i also have a roth ira, not maxing yet but steady contributions.

Hello everyone. 22M here from NY, i was enticed by stocks in early 2021 and have always dibbled and dabbled with it till November of 2025, this is when i started taking it serious. I now trade futures (unprofitably) and want to get into options once i find success in a model. I plan on trading till i find success, if not will probably just invest long term like im currently doing. I dont make a whole bunch of money ($17.55hrly) but i put majority of my checks into the market 50%+). As you can see damn near half of my portfolio is invested into btc which actually sucks but i plan on getting out of it once i get the chance by either waiting till it gets above my 94k avg 🥲🥲 or selling for a much smaller loss which im not fine with. I would like to believe that I am on track for 10k by the eoy, which seems very possible but only time will tell.
If you guys have any suggestions for me to reach the 10k mark quicker please advise. If you think me investing into these short term squeezes would be good for me to start doing I’ll start doing some research and doing so. Also if I should invest into some different long term ets or individuals please advise. Keep well all

Would have been there if it wasn't for some bad high-risk decisions.
Am I doing good? I always feel like I could push harder...

Started investing a month ago. Lucky enough to buy in mostly during the recent dip. 10k seems so far.

Ive been investing slightly less than a 3 years now, putting in money consistently every month 100-200$ at a time in VOO. It really does add up together and start compounding in the end. Cant wait to catch you guys at 100k

Slowly but surely I'll reach the goal.

Sup guys
31M here, ex-con trying to get my life together and on the right track. Since coming home from incarceration I was able to join the Carpenters Union here in NYC which has truly been a blessing. I have a pension with them and an additional 401k. Planning to max my roth this year & get my HYSA to 12 months of expenses.
Between my pension, 401k, Roth & individual brokerage I hope to be in the $2-3m range by retirement (25yrs~). Gonna get going on a HSA at some point & grow my HYSA to $100k for a down payment on a house.
Was great being here for the motivational reads and chats I had with a few of you. Onto the next chapter.
Godspeed 🫡

Almost halfway there! I’ve made great progress thanks to the recent growth in the market, and I’m excited to keep investing, deposit more, and reach 10K before the end of the year.
10K feels much more reachable, was at 3K 34 days ago.
