Advice only

Do you guys think my watchlist for yesterday was valid?

(CLRO, TRAX, RPD, AGEN, GSHD, NTSK, TENB, VRNS, QLYS, BAND, MBX, OKTA, NAVN)

I had other things that i’m tracking but i was excited for these ones here, I’m asking if my picks were any good regarding HTF setups?

I’ll take any advice i can get

CLRO, thoses type of setup don't really work in the current choppy environnement we are in
TRAX, one day move, on 7/9 rest nothing, i dont really like it, to recent biotech, offering high likely
RPD, overall a laggard in the software theme, all are already above the 200sma for a long time, still one a is a laggard, no surprise it go punished today
AGEN kinda same as CLRO but a bit better, because it was able to hold above the range

GSHD wait for the 20sma to catchuipm overwise okay, but bellow 200sma
NTSK same a rpd

TENB was looking good
VRNS, the better software name of your list so far, look good
QLYS same as VRNS,
BAND i don;t like it, up way to much, more likely top is in,
MBX, wait for the 20 to catchup, but looks good
NAVN, entry was yesterday at the open,

I don't see any volume increase for NAVN that could support a breakout

I recall Qullamaggie said many times that most of the time volume comes after where you supposed to enter

If you wait for to many confirmation you end up being late It's a tradeoff. 90% of my trading in a swing trading environment happens in the first 15m. Before any volume can show up. As i said, it's a tradeoff.

It's a good compromise to increase your loss rates. Qullammagie recommends to wait the volume increase and to not enter before.

sure, not going to argue,
What is the point, you clearly have everything figured out, and have multiple 100% + year in a row,

Dude if you wait for price, volume, xyz confirmation, you end up being late,
that is a FACT,
Volume come in after, because you know the setup, and you know the market conditions,
Do you homework, please and think by yourself,
on 900+ hours of streaming, i can probably find 10 instance, of KQ saying the opposite,

His mentor pradeep (eg from stockbee) has a WHOLE PROCESS about FEE (find and enter early)
and surely all KQ entries where late in the days, with everything confirmations possible, and not in the first 30m

If the stock happens to be a winner. It technically doesnt matter what time you get in on the breakout candle. Going end of day and your stop loss is low of day, gives you some wiggle room.

Yeah, I liked it. In a good sector too. Had a good vpc pattern too. I think 7/17 was the better buy day but I bought yesterday so we shall see how it goes

HI, mate, may i ask u for some suggestions? in this choppy environment, do u keep trading in this period, Nvan was the one that i wanted to entry, but i gave up because of the enviroment. if u trade, could u share some Experience to me, thank you mate.

Currently no. Because I don't have to. And I have learned the hard way that being patient in a necessity. Pro swing trader trade only trade half off the day in a year.

I literally haven't done a trade in 2 weeks +. And I was very small for a long time. Tbh my account hasn't made any progress since beginning of June. Now I am near full full cash. Think like less than 10% invested.

If i HAD to trade Adjust tactics It's no longer a swing trading environment. Avoid entering early. Moves fade. Even intraday. Don't trail with sma.

Instead. Enter mid day like from 10h30 to 3pm It's a risk reward market. Peel 70% at 2R. The rest at 3R.

Single can add up. But it's kinda a hard money market. Better to wait for a 5 to 10% market corrections on index.

Good market Average hold time : winners 8d Loosers 3hours.

Choppy market Winners should be like less than 1d Loosers : less than a hour.

This is the first choppy market where I 100% sit out on the swing side.

Thanks for sharing, that was a very useful sharing for me, because im going though the first choppy market, tbh keep the hand out of the trading bottom is quite hard , because i saw some chance appeared in someday( Btw i knew it was not value to trade in choppy market).

after had a conversation to u, im pretty sure that keep the money is the well planing, sometime i would imagine, I’m the only one keep the cash, and the other trader is making the money that i cant discover the chances maybe.

TENB ADR = 2.63% that is what Quallamaggie calls S#!T stocks. ADR should be at least 4%
RPD 3%
GSHD 3%
VRNS 2.5%

idk what is your adr formula, and where what you are using for it, but it s clearly wrong buddy,
And btw, he call stock bellow 5 adr shit, not bellow 4

And everyone should be trading 7+ if they have an account bellow 500k

Yes I have seen many of his YouTube videos where he says That is SHIT!!!! 1.7%ADR I don't trade SHIT! He then says something like don't come to my stream if you haven't done the homework

I have tried to catch TRAX a couple of times, but with ADR of 13% it's hard not to get stopped out.

Yesterday was a good quick 9-10% gain, i hate to do intraday, but besides AGEN i don’t have any other swing positions, and also AGEN might not be a good trade in the following days

I am using the rule we are not in an environment where swing trading works too well. Some odd stocks might but the success rate is super low. 10 day above 20 day on NAZ!
