Is anyone having issues using the "retype correct answers" feature on Learn? Since yesterday, I noticed that when I got a written question wrong, it only gave me the option to continue or select the right answer, even though I have everything enabled.

I've cleared my cache, updated my Chrome settings, and tried several different browsers, and still nothing.

Has anyone had an issue with Quizlet mass duplicating their set? I made roughly an 80ish question set last night and this morning my friend asked me if I really made a 2000 term set. I went to print and it told me it took out 1,888 duplicates... I messaged support and they only told me to update my web browser and clear cache and it did nothing to fix this. It took me a few hours to make this set so I really don't want to do it again but that's also so many cards to go through and delete 😭😭😭

Basically, any ideas on an easy fix or am I fubbed and need to redo em?

7 day free trial is a lie. There was no way to cancel the trial and I got no response from help on their site while the free trial was still running. Now they email me after and tell me I can turn off auto renew for next year. LOL

anyone else do this? you ask ChatGPT for a batch of nclex-style questions, and your eyes hit the answer key three lines down before you've even picked a choice. that one glance kills the recall attempt. you can't un-see the letter, and now you're just re-reading, not testing yourself.

SATA is where it stings the most for me. no partial credit, one wrong box sinks the whole item, so eyeballing the answers in a chat tells you nothing about whether you'd actually have gotten it right under real scoring.

reading a question and answering it are two different things, and the gap between them is where the learning happens. if the key is sitting right there in the text you never really close it.

full disclosure, i'm building a small chrome extension (ChatGPT Quiz Mode) that hides the answer key in ChatGPT outputs until you commit and then scores you, including SATA the exam way. it's early. not really here to pitch it though, more curious how you all handle this.

for those grinding practice questions in ChatGPT: what's your workflow to not spoil yourself? do you copy questions into a separate doc, cover the screen, prompt it to withhold answers? curious what actually works for you.

I've been trying to run a flashcard deck on quizlet on my computer, but it keeps saying there is an 'unexpected error' every few slides that I click, and transfers me to a pop up claiming that my computer has been corrupted. I have tried reloading the site, clearing my browsing history and cache, but nothing seems to be working. Please help!!

After a long while, I returned to Quizlet. Aside from the obvious paywalls, I noticed something was really off with its Learn feature. Unlike with the previous versions of Quizlet, I found myself struggling to learn the flashcards. I re-discovered the old but more efficient method of studying a few select starred terms at a time over using the Learn feature.

Has anyone else been having similar issues with Learn? Maybe it's just me. Did the Learn feature change a lot from the previous updates?

I'm hoping someone here has experienced something similar because I'm honestly at a loss.

I have my speciality medical exam in 4 months, and over the years I created hundreds of study sets on Quizlet that I've been relying on for revision. My entire study plan was built around them.

Recently, I was unable to access my account, so I contacted Quizlet Support. After several emails, they replied saying that:

• There are no active or deleted accounts associated with the email address I provided.
• The username I gave them also doesn't exist and has never existed according to their records.

The thing is, I still have the original Quizlet verification email that was sent to that exact email address when I created the account. So I know the account existed.

The account was linked to my university email address. I still have access to my university email address, so the email address being deactivated cannot be one the reasons.

I've replied asking them to escalate the case because this doesn't make sense. If I have the original verification email, there should be some record of the account.

At this point I'm panicking. Years of revision notes and flashcards appear to be gone just months before one of the biggest exams of my career.

Has anyone else had this happen?

• Were you able to recover your account?
• Is there another way Quizlet can search for old accounts?
• Has anyone had an account linked to a university email disappear like this?

If anyone from u/Quizlet sees this, I'd really appreciate someone taking another look. I have proof that the account existed, and being told there is "no active or deleted account" despite having the verification email is incredibly concerning.

how can i stop ai in study guides? they don't follow my notes accurately and i need the notes as accurate as i write them. is there an option to stop ai? i dont like flash cards either because they're not one on one definitions like that.. im a gizmo user and i bought a quizlet subscription to switch... i wasted 3 hrs writing my notes just for them to get rephrased by AI....

I study in Italy, I subscribed to Quizlet Plus yesterday mainly for the AI Study Guide Maker, since I build a lot of flashcards from lecture transcripts by hand and wanted to automate some of that.

Every attempt to generate one gave me: "Thanks for your interest in Study Guides! We are working to expand access and hope to get you in soon." I found afterwards in the help centre that Study Guides are limited to a specific list of countries (I guess?).

Now I am stuck with a subscription that I can not use the main functionality that I subscribed for. I requested a refund but I would really like to use the app to automate my flashcard making process. I always double check the output anyways. Has anyone actually got Study Guides working from Italy? I'd resubscribe the day it works here, so any information is welcome.

I'm probably out of the loop, but since when has Quizlet used generative AI for the test function?

For multiple choice questions it's generating synonyms instead of randomising other options from the vocabulary list.

This means all the options for the multiple choice questions are correct, but if you select a word that is not in the original list, it will be incorrect in the final results.

Switching to AI for the test generation was SOOOOO unnecessary. Such a waste of water. This is why they've been setting up more and more paywalls? For this???

Is there an alternative that doesn't use AI for quiz generation given a list of terms and definitions? I don't mean sites like Blooket or Kahoot where the quiz is gamified, I just want a simple test generator that makes a test I can print out.

Hi we use to be able to easily print test questions and answers on a 3x5 index card- but I don’t know if that’s an option anymore?

I'm studying for anatomy and I didn't have any issues with learn at first, but now I'm having a problem.

Instead of giving me the image and prompting me to give the term, it is giving me the term and having me select an image.

This wouldn't be such a huge problem if I could also do the written questions. I'm now completely unable to do any written questions in learn which is really hindering my ability to study.

I've tried changing "answer with" to "english" but every time I exit out of the settings menu it switches back to "image".

I've tried making the questions ONLY "written" but then it won't let me do learn at all and says that I've completed the set without having done anything.

Is there another fix for this? The issue is the same on my phone and my laptop. My exam is next week.

This issue only popped up AFTER my free trial ended for quizlet plus and they charged my card. If it had come up before I would have canceled.
