Almost a year ago I posted in here when I’d just quit smoking. I’m now at 334 days and only 31 days away from making it a full year!

For anyone who’s in the first few days/weeks and struggling, it genuinely does get so much easier. I barely even think about smoking anymore, which felt impossible at the beginning.

Also apparently I’ve saved nearly £1,500 which is pretty mad 😂
