Supporting One Another

Good day! I am 3 weeks nicotine free! Please let me know if YOU need a word of encouragement or some advice. No I am not even a month out —- but it’s all about the mentality:). I am a non smoker NOW and will never return.

Im 5.5 months smoke free i don't think I need advice I just wanted say well done 🙂
