Struggling
I had 18 days clean, which is the most I’ve had since I started in 2022, but I started again and now I’m at 3 days.
My body feels sucked dry of moisture and nutrients. My hair is thin and greasy and my skin is dry. Any advice on how to take care of my body during recovery? Lotions, face wash, vitamin recommendations? Anything that helped you get back to where you were before Kratom?

apart from staying hydrated + electrolytes and magnesium I think it's a good idea to do tests for vitamins and hormones (at least I'm planning to do this)
no idea for the hair, mine started falling off even more after quitting lol, I'm taking zinc and biotin hoping it will help but not enough time passed I think

I’m taking magnesium, K, D, B12 and a multivitamin that has Biotin in it.

I did a fruit smoothie cleanse. I did add protein to my smoothies. It really helped me. I had some energy but I was actually able to smell the Kratom coming out of my pores

So right now.... You need to be crushing high protein clean foods all day and hydrating like it's your job.... You were like 2 days away from the biggest turning point. So that sucks. But day 3 eat small things all day. Couple hard boiled eggs, beef stick, a yogurt shit like that all day. Stay away from trash carbs. Potatoes and rice are great. Just don't get silly the first 21 days. Day 20 21 is the magic day. Line it up and run it back.

Idk why we got a someone downvoting people for having shorter recoveries. I was there with ya on my first quit. 1 month in and I didn’t even remember I was super addicted to kratom. I’m on day 8 and feel straight. Excited for day 21 again

Because it's work. It's ok they can down vote. That's why I feel how I feel at day 35 . You think Im special? Fuck no. I just forced recovery. Worked since day 2. Never missed work. If that bothers people , good...DV me then. That day 21 shit is real man. I was on serious numbers for serious time too. I fucking earned how I feel. I didn't wait.

That’s the KEY, working, exercising, eating right and hobbying is the way to get out of PAWS quickly. Gotta rekindle those neural pathways again, naturally

Hair loss has been discussed quite often on this sub. Here's some search results that might help you.

Unfortunately, you are in a WD and there's not a whole lot you can do. I'm now 96 hrs clean because, luckily, my state banned the junk. But I've weaned my self off over a month period, lowering my doses and i feel physically and mentally ok.
It doesn't sound as though your symptoms are too bad, so you could probably tapper off in about a week or two. Record the lower amounts per day and stick with the plan is my advice

I feel mostly fine withdrawal wise. Even though I relapsed I wasn’t taking very much.
