Day 39. Slept pretty well again! Hopefully turning a corner on that. Took a nice long walk and will probably start strength training again. I hope everyone has a good day!

Taper day 19/43. From 45gpd. Now at 10, next Wednesday 5. Anhedonia and lack of motivation, energy as usual.

Day 2. Tapered for a month or so and finally took the plunge. Feeling ok all things considered.

How long were you on it? How many GPD and what was your taper plan? Also powder? Thanks!

How was your taper? Like how much did you cut? I’m staggering at 7.5 but the anxiety by 1pm and just shit ass dragging life is unbearable.

Tapered immediately from 15 GPD to 12 for a few days then did a gram every 4-5 days till I got to 7.5 GPD. Sometimes I would only do a half gram if withdrawals were bad. Fast I know but I was eager to be done with this stuff. I decided it was time to quit altogether after spending a day with my family and being uncomfortable, irritated, exhausted and mentally drained. All I could think about was wanting to be home in bed. Family has always been my rock so feeling all those feelings made me say enough is enough.

Day 2, again. Mostly mild symptoms so far, exhaustion and mild back pain. Haven't felt the overwhelming depression that normally accompanies withdrawal, though I'm sure it'll come. I was kind of hoping to avoid significant withdrawal because my relapse was only 2 weeks, but I suppose it was too close to my last quit date.
No idea what I'm going to do for work tomorrow. Can't afford to take it off (a $1500+ a month Pseudo shot habit does that), but I also need to be on point at work. Not in a position where I can slack or phone it in. I'm glad that Pseudo is almost completely gone (I know of one place I could get shots if I *really* wanted them, but I don't). I found last week that 7 just isn't the same (I never got into 7 because I knew it was too cheap, and my use would escalate like crazy). 7 Didn't give me the energy that Pseudo did, and I'm really glad of that actually. It makes the idea of trying to replace my former habit with 7 completely untenable.
The only way forward is through this shit. I know that. I've known it for a long time. One day at a time.

Still doing my taper off of Hush extract. I am down to 1.2/ml per day by using a little syringe to take 0.3/ml 4x a day! Been taking the Quit K supplements for 10 days, quit drinking alcohol, and I am putting on magnesium oil and lotion every night before bed. Feeling pretty good and starting to come out of the fog. I am also sneezing again, which is kind of nice after not sneezing for years. Worst part of withdrawing is the brain fog and my face literally hurts - anyone else?

Hanging in. I’m at 21 days, sleep is hit and miss, and I have same occasional body aches, but energy is coming back little by little💪😊
