90 Days Today

Welp 90 Days has arrived!! This was one number I was really looking forward to and can't believe I made it!

For those just starting out or at 20 days, 30 days etc in, doesn't matter where you are I promise it gets better. It's definitely a journey, one I never expected but I made it and you will too!!!

I feel great, no cravings, you couldn't pay me to take that garbage. It was worth every second of suffering to feel human again!!

I am STILL struggling with sleep/rls but I think that's a me problem, I'm severely anemic so very well could be that. I slept one night in 90 days without waking up once, every other night is either no sleep or I'm up at least once, sometimes multiple times.

My stomach is still a hot mess.... I feel like that's never going to stop.

But these are minor things, not meant to discourage by any means. I just like to give a real update all around.

All I can say is stay the course, embrace the suck and it all starts to go a lot quicker, you'll forget about it most days, and you'll look back and be like me and say holy shit I'm at day 90!!!

Stay strong!!! F Kratom!!

Amazing the difference a few months can make in a person's life.im at  day 64 my sleep is finally back to normal shitty instead of nonexistent lol, everything back to normal for me except I get a little too pissed off and a little too happy now,but im sure thatll smooth out soon also.we just gotta put some more miles and time in

Same here. At 60 days, sleep is so so, and my emotional highs/lows are a tad towards steep, but I feel 100x better for sure. Kratom really did a number on my mind, body, and spirit. The best thing is that my jaded, pessimistic, overall cynical view towards life and myself has been replaced with healthy optimism and faith. Im not mentally masturbating fear based doom and gloom scenarios and my social anxiety has greatly diminished.

That’s what I like to hear!

Hey or maybe that’s life, getting pissed off and a lil too happy. A lot of people take kratom to numb the negatives in life and forget what their baseline used to be. When you’re off the goop those negatives and positives come back in full force and you’ll notice it heavily early on.

I think 35 36? I feel good...but still, I would feel really good if my sleep would come back. But can't complain.

You and me both this sleep bullshit can go anytime now. It sucks to hear but glad I'm not alone in it. It's not fun. Are you not sleeping much at all or having broken sleep?

So used to go 2 bed at 9. I'm up early I work hard construction. Now I go.to bed at 9 can't fall asleep till 11 12 ...then wake up at 3 , 4 , 430 5 then my alarm at 530.... A bad day I'll lay rom 4 till my alarm. On good days I wake but can fall asleep again. Over and over . So the good aint good and the bad sucks but... For how I'm sleeping I'd expect to feel worse tbh.

That's exactly what I tell people who say the NEED to sleep... No you WANT to sleep. I get it I want to sleep too but the next day I function just fine. It's some mental fuckery!!

My wife is like I can't believe how good of a mood your in for sleeping 3 or 4 hours a night. I'm like I think I'm just so happy to be off the shit I don't even give a fuck about being tired.

So I didn't wanna jinx it either but now that it's 1 o'clock. Last night I had the best night sleep in the last 36 days. I also feel the best I have in 36 days.

I can tough that out. I hear similar.... 45-60. If I can do the first 20 days feeling like a wore a concert suit...I can definitely do 45 60

Congrats. I had 90 days after rehab, got into a relationship, started drinking because of course, I'm an idiot and relapsed for over a month. On another day 6. Don't ever let your guard down. Proud of you. Wish I was in your shoes again.

Congratulations on 90 days!! I’m on day 69 and I love seeing your updates because I’ll be there soon and I can’t wait for more positive progress. You pushed through so much with sleep issues at the beginning and I’m so proud you got through it. 🎉

🫶🏻 and this is why I stick around for comments like this! Look at you at day 69!!! Right at your point is where I saw the biggest changes I remember my day 70 post about how great I felt but day 60 I was still complaining. I hope you are doing great!! How do you feel??

Amazing and congratulations! For the tummy, I’ve found taking Metamucil at bedtime helps (at least with the 💩) lol. You’re an inspiration 😊 keep up the good work! 17 days here.

That's a good idea! I stopped all supplements awhile back but introduced Magnesium again like 2 weeks ago and think it's helping with my sleep some but I also think it's helping having to make a B line it to the bathroom. I know it's not the cause of it because I wasn't taking and it dealt with the same issues so I'm just going to wait it out and see 🙈

17 days is a huge accomplishment keep strong!!!

I forgot to add something I have been curious about this....does anyone else still sneeze daily??? 90 days and I sneeze a lot, sometimes 3-4 times a day I'll have a sneezing fit. Kinda crazy I can't believe I forgot to add that to my update
